The hardest part of social media isn't creating one post. It's posting consistently, week after week, while running a business. A monthly content plan solves that. Here's a simple method.
Step 1: Pick three to four content themes
Choose themes that show why customers should trust you, for example: products and services, behind the scenes, customer questions, and results or reviews. Rotate them through the month.
Step 2: Decide your posting rhythm
A realistic plan for most small businesses is two reels and two posts a week, plus a few stories. Consistency matters more than volume.
Step 3: Batch your raw content
Set aside one or two hours to film and photograph everything you need for the month: product close-ups, short demos, your team at work, packing and delivery.
Step 4: Write captions with a clear next step
Start with a hook in the first line, give one useful point, and end with an action: DM a keyword, message on WhatsApp, or visit your website.
Step 5: Schedule everything in advance
Use Meta Business Suite or YouTube Studio to schedule posts at the times your audience is online. Then you only need to reply to comments and messages during the month.
Step 6: Review and repeat
At the end of the month, look at which posts brought the most profile visits and messages, and plan more of those.
